Six months of Dutch around a full-time QA job, and I've learned that my plans and my evenings do not agree. My original plan was an hour every evening. My evenings have other plans, mostly involving the sofa.
What I do now: an app on the train, a class on Tuesday evenings, and good intentions on weekends. It works a bit. My vocabulary is fine. My listening is terrible. My speaking only happens in class and at the bakery.
