San Marino's 'Istanze on Line' (IOL) e-government system provides digital access to public administration services — applications, certificates, appointment booking and business/tax procedures. San Marino residents use their national ID card (carta d'identità sammarinese) for in-person authentication; digital access requires registration through the IOL portal.
How to get it: Register for an IOL account at gov.sm. Access depends on your residence and identity credentials — most foreign residents will need in-person registration at the Ufficio di Stato Civile or relevant PA office.
