Many European, UK, US, Canadian, Australian and regional nationals can enter Serbia visa-free for short stays, commonly up to 90 days within 180 days, but allowances vary by passport. Serbia is outside Schengen, so Schengen days do not equal Serbian days.

Serbia is outside the EU and Schengen. Always calculate Serbian stay separately, register address after arrival, and file residence extensions before expiry. Official procedures increasingly run through welcometoserbia.gov.rs and the Foreigners Portal, but police biometrics and originals remain important.
