Albanian tax and immigration procedures can change through Council of Ministers decisions, Tatime instructions, and portal practice changes. The income tax band thresholds (0% to ALL 50,000; 13% to ALL 250,000; 23% above) were set under the 2025 reform — older sources showing ALL 30,000/150,000 thresholds are outdated. For filings, use the rule in force on the transaction/application date and keep screenshots/receipts from e-Albania and fiscalisation systems.
