Ghana is referral-driven. Use written engagement letters, keep official receipts, verify professional registration (Ghana Bar Association, ICAG), and separate official government fees from service fees.
Language options: English is the professional language for all legal, financial, and government services. Twi/Ga understanding is helpful for local community, property, traditional land, and local government matters.
