eCitizen Platform

Kenya's national digital government services portal — allows citizens and residents to access over 5,000 government services online. Used for applying for permits, licences, certificates, and paying government fees. Also the portal for work permit applications, passport applications, and company registration.

How to get it: Register at ecitizen.go.ke with your national ID (Kenyan citizens) or passport/Alien Card (foreign nationals). Free registration. Account links to your KRA PIN for tax services.
