Thailand 2026: SSO wage ceiling raised from THB 15,000 to THB 17,500/month (max employee contribution THB 875/month) from January 2026; VAT held at 7% through 30 September 2026 only — revert to 10% after unless renewed; Bangkok minimum wage THB 400/day (continuing from July 2025 order); Revenue Department enforcement of the foreign income remittance rule intensifies; DTV and LTR visa programmes continue.
