Foreign nationals generally need a work permit before working. BIDA states expatriates should submit the work-permit application within 15 days after arrival when using the BIDA route.
Bangladesh has no EU Blue Card equivalent.
There is no dedicated digital-nomad or freelancer visa. Freelancing while physically in Bangladesh can create visa, tax and banking problems unless structured legally.
