Ukraine's flagship digital state-services super-app and ecosystem — used for digital documents, government services, business registration (FOP), benefits, wartime damage registration and official notifications. Foreigners with RNOKPP (tax identification number), residence card and a Ukrainian bank account can access some features.
How to get it: Install the Diia app and authenticate through a supported Ukrainian bank or e-signature where eligible. Foreign residents typically need an RNOKPP and Ukrainian bank onboarding before accessing Diia services.
