Digital Services
Digital ID, e-government and essential apps in Armenia.
Armenian eID / digital certificate ecosystem
Armenia uses a combination of biometric passports, bank-issued digital certificates, mobile-operator ID tools and an electronic signature system for government, tax and company services. There is no single national app, but several services accept e-signature or bank-verified login.
How to get it: Contact your bank or mobile operator about available digital ID and signature options. The TaxService.am taxpayer portal and e-gov.am accept registered accounts; some workflows require in-person visits to a service centre.
E-Government Portal
https://www.e-gov.amArmenia is digitising quickly, but many workflows still require in-person appointments, Armenian-language forms or notarised translations. The e-gov.am portal links to agency-specific portals rather than providing a unified login.
