💼 Work Permits
EU citizenship does not grant Armenian labour-market access. EU citizens follow Armenian foreign-worker and residence rules like other foreigners unless exempt.
Foreign workers generally need a lawful basis for work and residence, often handled through employer registration and migration procedures. Some categories are exempt or use simplified routes.
Armenia is not part of the EU Blue Card system.
