Estonia's highly digital infrastructure means many professional services can be obtained and executed online using your ID card or Smart-ID. Company formation (OÜ), property register searches, court filings, and many legal actions can be done without physical meetings. English-language professional services are widely available in Tallinn — less so outside the capital. The Juridical persons register (ettevõtjaportaal.rik.ee) and Land Register (e-kinnistusraamat.rik.ee) are publicly accessible online without registration.
Language options: Most professional services in Tallinn are available in English. Estonian is the official language of all government and legal proceedings, but documents filed using sworn translations are accepted. Russian-language professionals are available particularly in Tallinn's Lasnamäe district, Narva, and Kohtla-Järve.
