Register for Riga bicycle sharing (Sixt Share or Bolt Bike) for city transport

Riga has developed a useful cycle lane network and two main bike-share schemes: Bolt Bikes (electric assist bikes via the Bolt app) and Sixt Share e-bikes/scooters. These are excellent for city centre movement, particularly in spring and summer. Riga's Old Town (Vecrīga) and riverside (Daugavmala) are lovely by bike. Register via app — costs €0.15–0.25/minute on Bolt. Riga also has a growing network of dedicated cycle paths (veloceliņi). Cycling is generally safe in central Riga.
