Manx Care Out of Hours Service

111 (Manx NHS 111)

The Manx Care 111 service handles non-emergency medical queries outside GP hours. Trained call handlers assess your needs and direct you to the appropriate care — out-of-hours GP service at Noble's Hospital, pharmacy, or self-care advice.

Available evenings (Monday–Friday from 6:30pm), all day Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.

For 999: state whether you need police, fire, or ambulance; give your location clearly. 999 works from any phone without a SIM card. For non-emergency medical: call 111. Noble's Hospital in Douglas is the island's only hospital with A&E.
