EU Citizens

EU nationality alone does not create a right to work. EU citizens usually need immigration permission unless they already have British/Irish/settled status routes, and may also need a Manx work permit.

Non-EU Citizens

Non-British and non-Irish citizens usually need Isle of Man immigration permission under rules aligned with UK routes plus any required work permit under Manx employment-control law.

EU Blue Card

There is no EU Blue Card because the Isle of Man is outside the EU and EEA.

Freelancer Visa
