How to get it: Download from Google Play or Apple App Store. Requires Polish national ID card (dowód osobisty) with biometric chip for full activation, or PESEL for partial features. EU/foreign nationals: limited features available (access to some e-government services with PESEL).
E-Government Portal
https://gov.plMost e-government services require Profil Zaufany (trusted profile) for authentication. Create a Profil Zaufany via the Profil Zaufany portal, with your Polish bank account or in person at a Urząd (requires PESEL). All major banks allow Profil Zaufany creation in their online banking. This is the equivalent of Germany's ELSTER account and is essential for online government services.
