Government schools teach entirely in English using the UK National Curriculum, which serves most expat families well. Families requiring a specific international curriculum (IB, French Baccalauréat) typically enrol children in international schools in nearby Spain: Sotogrande International School (IB, 30 min drive, £12,000–25,000/year) or Camoens International School Gibraltar (UK + Portuguese curriculum, £3,000–6,000/year, limited places).
🎓 University
Gibraltar College A-level students apply through UCAS (ucas.com) to UK universities on equal terms with UK students. A-levels from Gibraltar College are fully recognised by all UK universities.
